The purpose of the Maine State Rheumatology Association is to increase and propagate the understanding of rheumatic diseases among physicians engaged in the ongoing practice of rheumatology. We also focus on the socio-economic issues involved in the treatment of rheumatologic conditions to improve patient care, along with other lawful purposes.
