Share Your Input: Health Equity Survey for Maine’s Health Care Community

In collaboration with members of the MMA–Hanley Center Joint Committee on Quality & Equity, the Maine Medical Association invites individuals across Maine’s health care community to participate in a brief survey on advancing health equity.

MMA is committed to supporting care teams, practices, and organizations in improving access to high-quality care for all patients. This short survey is intended to gather input on how health equity is currently being addressed in practice and where additional support, tools, or resources may be most helpful.

Your input will directly inform future initiatives designed to strengthen health equity efforts across Maine.

The survey includes just 5 questions and may be completed anonymously, with an option to share your information for follow-up opportunities.
