On September 18, 2025, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM (ET), the Hanley Center for Health Leadership and Education will host a free, virtual panel discussion titled “The Value of Palliative Care in Serious Illness.” This timely and thought-provoking event will bring together leading voices in the field to explore how palliative care can transform the experience of serious illness for patients and families alike.
A Holistic, Compassionate Approach
Palliative care is increasingly recognized as a compassionate and cost-effective model that addresses not only physical symptoms but also emotional, social, and spiritual needs. The panel will highlight how this approach supports patients and their loved ones through some of life’s most challenging moments.
